Parking is free at the Cheyenne Children's Museum and on-street parking is available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional private lot parking is reserved for CCM Members, special event guests and visitors and can be accessed via the alleyway south of the museum.

Daily Admission
Daily Admission Tickets include full-day museum access and are available on a first come, first served basis (subject to building capacity limits) and can be purchased in person at the Cheyenne Children's Museum. Please note that Daily Admission Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and can only be purchased in person at the Cheyenne Children's Museum.

Museum Policies & Visitor Code of Conduct
To provide a safe, respectful, education and fun experience at the Cheyenne Children’s Museum (CCM), all Visitors must agree to follow our Rules of Safe Play, and all other museum rules and policies. Questions may be directed to info@cheyennechildrensmuseum.org.
Daily Admission Tickets are available for purchase at the museum on a first come, first serve basis and include full-day access to the museum. All are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only on the date of purchase.
As a nonprofit organization, the Cheyenne Children’s Museum relies on membership and admission support to provide innovative exhibits, programming and learning opportunities for families in our community. All memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and are to be used by the people named on the membership. Individuals listed on the Membership upon purchase (or accompanying/subsequent Member Add-On purchase) cannot be altered until the following membership year.
The Cheyenne Children’s Museum regularly captures photos and videos for educational, promotional, and archival purposes. Photography or videography of visitors, especially children, are taken with respect and consent. By entering the museum, visitors grant permission to the museum to use their image, likeness, or voice in photographs, videos, or other media. Visitors who wish to opt out of being photographed or recorded may notify CCM staff upon arrival. Visitors are welcome to take photos/videos of their children and families and encouraged to share and tag in their experience on social media.
For the safety of our visitors, we do not allow any children without adults, or adults without children. Children must be accompanied by an adult (Ages 18+).

All Visitors must check in at the front desk upon entering the museum. Adults entering without children are subject to our Unaccompanied Adult Policy

Children must be supervised by an adult (Ages 18+) at all times during their visit

No pets are allowed in the museum

Eating or drinking is not allowed in the exhibit hall and only permitted in designated areas of the museum

Alcohol, tobacco, vaporizers, illegal substances, firearms or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on museum property

Visitors wearing or otherwise displaying obscene messages, symbols/language of hate or content of any kind that is generally inappropriate for a children’s museum will not be tolerated

Aggressive and threatening behaviors of any kind towards staff or other museum visitors are not tolerated and will result in immediate removal from museum premises

Tampering with, defacing, damaging, destroying and/or removing any museum property, including exhibit components and/or props is prohibited

Visitors must follow all verbal and written instructions of CCM volunteers and staff

In addition to the rules stated above, CCM does not tolerate any activity that threatens museum operations, disrupts the ability to provide a safe, welcoming and family-oriented environment, or is illegal under city, state and/or federal law. CCM reserves the right to add, change or update these rules at any time
